Introduction of Department
The Department of Real Estate Finance Insurance Convergence is now training experts in real estate finance insurance so that the domestic financial industry can be competitive with foreign financial industries, as the financial market is opened under the WTO (World Trade Organization) system. Our Real Estate Finance Insurance Convergence Department operates a systematic education program in the fields of banking, securities, insurance, real estate, and cyber finance, based on an overall understanding of economics and business administration. This is where Mokwon University's Real Estate Finance Insurance Convergence Department fosters global financial leaders.
In the 21st century, this information society will be highly specialized in financial services such as securities, insurance, and real estate investment.
Recently, bancassurance, Internet finance, and various complex financial products are spreading, and the demand for manpower to cope with this is increasing not only in the financial industry but also in general companies. In line with this, the Department of Real Estate and Financial Insurance Convergence uses graduates who are employed in practical work as adjunct professors to train professionals required by practical institutions such as banks, insurance, securities, and real estate, and provides lectures on practical work to help graduates find employment. In order to obtain a certificate related to the overall real estate financial insurance, we provide'authorized brokerage group' (real estate),'investment counseling group' (securities), and'damage assessment group' (insurance) within the department to support both sides.
As such, our Department of Real Estate and Financial Insurance Convergence is doing its best to cultivate real estate financial insurance professionals that industry and society want by arming with various qualifications based on faithful theory.
Educational Goal
Our society, which is becoming increasingly competitive, requires more than one field of expertise, and specialized manpower that can combine and apply expertise in various fields and knowledge in each field. Property sectors such as real estate, finance, and insurance have a close and organic relationship with each other, so you can have expertise and differentiated competitiveness through parallel learning.
The Department of Real Estate Finance and Insurance Convergence opens courses in real estate, finance, and insurance in the curriculum, and provides education in all three areas of real estate, finance, and insurance from the first grade admission to the fourth grade graduation. It aims to cultivate professional manpower through linked learning.
In addition, we provide guidance and support for autonomous studies outside of the curriculum with the goal of acquiring one-on-one qualifications for various qualifications related to majors such as accredited brokers, appraisers, housing managers, asset managers, investment counselors, general asset managers, damage assessors, and insurance auditors.
