① Grilled Chicken Breast with Ricotta Cheese and Sun-dryed Tomato

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and olive oil.

  • Grill both sides until golden and fully cooked.

  • Top with a mix of ricotta cheese, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, and a few drops of lemon juice.

② Home-made Rocotta Cheese

  • Heat milk (and cream) until nearly boiling.

  • Add vinegar or lemon juice to curdle.

  • Strain through cheesecloth and cool.

③ Explanation of how to garnish dish

  • Place grilled chicken at the center of the plate.

  • Spoon ricotta mixture neatly on top.

  • Decorate with herbs, olive oil drizzle, or sun-dried tomato slices for color balance.
